Advanced Practice

This space is for experienced movers who are ready to refine, and expand their Pilates practice.

You’ll find progressive sequences, longer flows, and specialist workshops that go beyond the basics — exploring strength, control, breath, and fluidity at a deeper level.

Please listen to your body and revisit Foundations & the Restorative Practice Course anytime you need.

Progress isn’t linear — it’s layered.

Classical Pilates

This section explores traditional Pilates sequences with a modern, embodied approach. Expect clean lines, flowing transitions, and exercises drawn directly from the classical repertoire — adapted for real bodies and real life. Ideal for experienced movers who want to reconnect with the structure and rhythm of Joseph Pilates’ original method, while keeping space for breath, awareness, and intelligent variation.

Deep Stretch

Longer, breath-led sequences designed to release held tension, unravel hidden restrictions, and gently challenge your flexibility. These sessions aren’t passive — they blend mobility, fascia release, and nervous system resets for a full-body experience. A great space to explore what happens when you move slowly, deeply, and with full presence.

Small Equipment Ideas

This is your creative playground. We’ll explore variations and challenges using circles, bands, balls, and hand weights — adding layers of stability, feedback, or resistance. These sessions are short, focused, and designed to reawaken forgotten muscles, stimulate new coordination patterns, and keep your practice fresh.
