Feet, Standing, and Balance

Body Scan – Reset & Reconnect

Your feet are the foundation of every movement — literally. These sessions improve foot mobility, balance, and functional strength from the ground up. You’ll explore how the feet influence the knees, hips, and spine, building more awareness in standing, walking, and everyday movement.

Start here if you struggle with balance, alignment, or tension in the legs or lower back.

A guided somatic check-in to bring you back into your body. This practice walks you through a full-body awareness sequence — releasing tension, noticing where your energy is, and calming the nervous system.

You can do this lying down, sitting, or even standing. No movement required — just your attention.

Alignment & Setup Essentials

A simple, energising sequence to help you ease into the day with clarity and connection. This short flow combines breathwork, gentle mobilisation, and core engagement — perfect for waking up your spine, joints, and nervous system without rushing.

Use this as a daily ritual or gentle reset on slow days. No equipment needed — just space, presence, and breath.

These are your go-to alignment checkpoints — neutral spine, shoulder placement, pelvic stability, and more. Simple, powerful exercises help you feel more in tune with your body, reduce compensation patterns, and set the foundation for safe, effective movement in all future sessions.
