Regain ease, balance, and release tension.
Regain ease, balance, and release tension.
The EMMETT Technique is a safe, gentle, and responsive muscle release therapy. By using light pressure on specific points, it helps wrap your body in a sense of safety, easing discomfort and restoring natural movement.
How We Can Work Together:
Integrated Pilates Support: Where appropriate, I include targeted Emmett release moves within your restorative Pilates sessions to directly support and open up your movement work.
Full Couch-Based Treatments: I offer dedicated, standalone couch-based treatments for longer, focused resets that require a quieter environment outside the movement studio.
Specialised Support For:
Deep tension and postural resets
Lymphatic drainage and fluid comfort
Sinus relief and headache easing
Resolving gastric discomfort

What Clients Are Saying
-
"It’s the treatment for me, definitely!"
"After Emmett, I feel so energised. My body softens, realigns, and just feels like it can finally rest. It’s gentle, but so powerful — nothing else has reached me like this."
-
"A deep reset without needing to push or strain."
"With Emmett, I feel a sense of pressure being released — like something unravelling gently inside. For the first time in years, I’m standing taller, walking more evenly, and moving without pain. It’s been life-changing."
-
"Not sure how it works… but it works."
"I wasn’t sure at first what was happening. It’s such a light touch. But something just releases. Tight areas vibrate and soften. It’s like your body finally says, ‘thank you.’"
-
"Post restorative Emmett, I have almost full movement back and feel so much 'lighter' through my whole body."
-
A gentle fingertip touch that magically releases and relaxes tight and tense muscles."
-
"It’s witchcraft. That’s the only explanation. I’d call it black magic if it didn’t feel so good."
